Booking conditions

• We will keep your reservation for 7 days.
• To confirm your reservation you will have to make a 20% deposit in the account number that we will provide you. (This deposit is not refundable).
• The remaining balance for the rent will be paid upon arrival in advance plus a 100 € deposit that will be returned upon departure if everything is in acceptable condition.
• The rental price includes:

- Electricity

- Water

- Linens

- Bathroom towels
