Booking conditions
- We will keep your reservation for 7 days.
- To confirm your reservation you will have to make a 20% deposit in the account number that we will provide you. (This deposit is not refundable).
- The remaining balance for the rent will be paid upon arrival in advance plus a 100 € deposit that will be returned upon departure if everything is in acceptable condition.
- The rental price includes:
- Electricity
- Water
- Linens
- Bathroom towels
- Property insurance does not cover your belongings.
- Our apartment prices are established for a base of 2, 4 or 6 people depending on the type of apartment. An extra per person of €10 per day will be charged.
- We have a complete crib available for babies (mattress and sheets)
